An experienced film maker who has made 30 minute TV programmes for RTE, BBC, TG4 and UTV; Una Murphy produces and directs factual films for broadcasters and corporate clients. Corporate clients have included Queen’s University, Tourism Ireland and the Irish Hospice Foundation. She also writes scripts and narrates voice-overs for some of the films she makes for corporate clients;

Una trained in TV location directing at the BBC, and in TV news production at RTE
She was a Senior Broadcast Journalist at BBC Wales, Cardiff, for several years before returning to Ireland to work in TV production. Prior to working at BBC Wales, Una was a news journalist in Belfast and Dublin, working for newspapers such as the Irish Times and on TV and radio news programmes for broadcasters such as RTE and BBC.
Una was a member of the UK telecommunications regulator Ofcom Advisory Committee for Northern Ireland from 2004 to 2007.
